这段代码的意思很明确,如果targetClass是接口,就使用jdk自带的代理类。
不优先使用cglib是有原因的,cglib创建proxy比较慢。
cglib的好处就是代理的类不需要是interface。翻翻资料可知,cglib代理的方式是创建子类。
